Josephine Baker: For this project I chose to depict a historical figure showcasing a pivotal moment in Josephine Baker’s career where she decides to leave America for France. In doing so she became a famous and wealthy performer. In this work I illustrate small moments along Josephine Baker’s journey to stardom.
